Work email Use your company email — personal addresses like Gmail aren't accepted. Defrag currently requires Google Workspace: you sign in with Google, and email and calendar sync use Gmail and Google Calendar. Microsoft 365 support is on the way.

What happens next

You pay on Stripe's secure checkout page.
Then sign in at app.rundefrag.com with that same work email.
The person who buys (the work email used at checkout) becomes the admin when they first sign in with that email. Teammates join by signing in at app.rundefrag.com with their work email. Beyond the seats you bought, the admin approves each extra seat, and adding a seat charges the prorated amount straight away. Admins can also add people by email from Admin → Users; they get a welcome email from the admin. Removing someone credits the unused time.
