Why we're called Defrag
Defragmenting a disk takes the pieces scattered across it and puts them back side by side, so the whole system runs as one. A recruiting firm's stack is fragmented in the same way: a CRM in one place, calls in another, email in a third, billing in a spreadsheet, and the real knowledge of the business spread across all of them and in people's heads.
The AI era makes it possible to put that stack back together. One system, where every conversation, record and placement sits next to the others and the firm's knowledge works as a whole. That is the belief we named the company after.
