Teams that join during the beta keep 50% off list price for as long as they stay subscribed. Prices are per seat per month in USD; the struck-through figure is the list price. Annual billing works out at about 17% less, two months free. AI credits are pooled across your whole firm each month. How the allowance works is answered in the questions below.
Need more? Extra AI credits: 5,000 for $50 — bought only when an admin chooses to. Unused credits reset each month.

What is beta pricing?
Teams that join during the beta keep 50% off list price for as long as they stay subscribed.
What happens if we use more AI than our allowance?
Your allowance is pooled across your team, so one heavy user does not run out on their own. An admin decides what happens at the limit, and you get alerts as you approach it. By default AI pauses at the limit, so there is never a surprise bill. An admin can buy extra credits at 5,000 for $50.
How does the AI allowance work?
Each plan includes a monthly AI allowance per seat: 3,000 credits on Basic, 6,000 on Pro and 15,000 on Premium. Credits are pooled across your whole firm, so the allowance is the per-seat number multiplied by your seats.
Is there a minimum number of seats?
Pricing is per seat. Tell us how many people are on your desk and we will confirm the details with you.
How does annual billing work?
At beta pricing, annual billing is $74 per seat per month on Basic, $115 on Pro and $182 on Premium, which is about 17% less than monthly, or two months free. Monthly billing is $89, $139 and $219 per seat per month. List prices are $148, $230 and $364 billed annually, and $178, $278 and $438 monthly.
Do I need Google Workspace?
Defrag currently requires Google Workspace: you sign in with Google, and email and calendar sync use Gmail and Google Calendar. Microsoft 365 support is on the way.
