Works with the tools your desk already uses
Connect Gmail, Google Calendar and Fireflies, and what happens in them lands on the right record. Gmail and Calendar access is requested when you sign in with Google. You can decline either one on Google's consent screen, and Defrag simply skips what it wasn't granted.
Gmail
Send from your own account and keep the conversation on the record.
- Drafts are sent from your own Gmail, with your signature.
- Replies on a thread started in Defrag are filed as notes on every record that thread is linked to.
- Mail that is not part of a Defrag thread is not stored.
Google Calendar
Put the work you have scheduled where you already look.
- A task with a due date can be added to your Google Calendar.
- The event carries the task title and a link back to the record it belongs to.
- If you change the task, the event is updated. If you have not connected Calendar, nothing happens.
Fireflies
Meetings and calls, transcribed, matched to the people on them.
- Each finished transcript arrives in Defrag without anyone copying it over.
- People outside your firm on the call are matched to your records by email and phone number.
- The transcript is kept on their record and is searchable by meaning, with the rest of what was said.
- Defrag then proposes updates to the record from the call, for you to review.
